Using the Laws of Attraction

Replies to This Discussion

I have many streams of revenue that add up to over a quarter of a million a year in income.

To be quite honest a couple of these are our normal vocation, 1 is a military retirement check (only $16,000 a year before taxes and I invest all of that), and another is my service connected disability check.

However, I have an online travel agency called Club Travel that I make money from.

I also have over 125 books listed at Half.com. I sell 2 or 3 books a week there.

We saw where Casual Corner was going out of business and spent $1,000 on brand new women's clothes. We paid 6 to 7 cents on the dollar. We have sold most of those on eBay at 50% to 80% off of the retail cost. Example: a $289 suit we paid $13 for and sold it for $58 at auction. Our profit was $45. Most of you would think this was a one time thing but guess what? Petite Sophisticates is closing this month!

I also write little 15 to 50 page how to ebooks and sell them on eBay and other sites. I have around 800 titles to sell.

I also buy watches and loose gems at wholesale and resell them at less than retail.

I design graphics and sell them on shirts on CafePress.com.

I have several internet sites that I resell other items (mostly knowledge items). I also have a couple of blogs where I receive money from Google Ads and ClickBank.

I own a portfolio of 12 companies' stock. All of them are DRIPS (Dividend ReInvestment PlanS). I buy the stock direcly from the companies and avoid brokers fees. Every quarter when dividends are paid, I get them as additional shares of portions of shares.

I also do IT consulting at $80 an hour.

So you can see that I am really diversified.

Steve isn't it funny how a few years do many things was considered a flake and now it is diversified. LOL So I would love to learn more about your "how to" books and what you were able to determine was valuable to buyers. I have a couple of ideas and not sure process, what makes one valuable and one not, do you design a book cover? do you use art in them or mainly straight type and informative period?

I use very little art. There are a couple of exceptions where photos or artwork is necessary to clarify the idea.

Yes, I design the book covers but they are sooooo simplistic.

What is considered value? We could discuss this idea to the end of all times and not resolve it. What is valuable to one may not be to another. I personally like Fords. I find them valuable in many ways. However, my best friend only buys Toyotas for the exact same reason.

Cutting to the chase as I could go on....

All of us have a wealth of knowledge, skills, experiences that others may not have. That is valuable. Very, very valuable.

Some of my books never sold but a few copies while others flew out the Outlook! They are nearly all ebooks that my Outlook would automatically email to the buyer after I received payment via PayPal.

I even sold the system to automatically email the eBooks (knowledge and experience).

Hope this helps...

I just got a personal email from someone wanting to know how I could have written 800 eBooks. Check this out...

Instant Article Wizard Pro

If I wanted to write a book about diamonds, I would use this tool for the artcle, then add some of my personal words and a bunch of hyperlinks at specific areas.

Also, the links pass through my ClickBank account for additional income (I forgot to mention that above.)

Someone else asked about PayDotCom. Yes, I use it and love it.

There are many ways to make money. What I can tell you is that there is a well known fact that if you are passionate about what you do, you will do better than if you are just working at a job. So the first thing you have to do is look inside and determine what your goal in life is. Just as an example let us say that you really love to help people. You are probably empathetic to many people. So what do you feel the most competent in helping them with? Let's say that many of your friends and family are alwasy after you for your recipies. You enjoy cooking and you frequently create your own dishes that most people enjoy when you serve them your original recipies. This tells me that you sould consider writing a cookbook. There is a huge International market for cookbooks. You can market it very cheaply over the Internet. You are here so you obviously have some liking for the networking concept.
LOA is just one Universal Law. You need to couple it with practical aplication. Once you decide what you want to do you get rid of the obstacles that stand in the way, develop the assets you already have toward your goal, and share with everyone you can find that may be interested. It isn't a magic act. It does start with a vision. Vision + Active Progress = Success

I am curious Sandy everything I have read and learned stated to make relationships with people in forums and not just post money making opportunities. Has been posting straight hey try this worked for you?

Reply to This

My wife laughed at me when I started doing the "Hey try this!" type of posting but I make an extra several hundred dollars a week doing it. But that is only through the ning network. I have other networks I market through.

What is very important to know is that the materials I do "advertise" are ones I have tried and they actually have a ton of knowledge in them. While I have read and listened to hundreds or thousands of authors, I still find something new or the re-emergence of an idea I had let pass through me the first few times I heard it.

I make very good money with cash gifting. I have been involved with many different business opportunities, on-line and off, during the past 5 yrs. Cash gifting has been, by far, the most profitable. It is the quickest, most simple way to generate cash.

What I love about cash gifting, besides the high return, is that it's people helping people! No fat cat at the top making all the big bucks. When I came across cash gifting, because I always have been a people person and put others before me, I knew it was for me. I just wish that I found out about it years ago before spending all that money in the MLM programs which I ended up loosing it all in.

Anyway, that is how I make money these days... Oh, and this is a great group- thanks for having me!
