Laws of Attraction

Using the Laws of Attraction

A hot air engine can be powered by the sun when you cover the surface of a sat dish with small mirrors. The heat generated at the focused point is amazing. If you place a copper tube in the hot spot it will run a hot air engine which can drive a generator.

My suggestion gives a small solution of almost free power from the sun to the householder. Corporations dislike my ideas with a passion. It is not often you see these ideas in the news papers??? - See my reply to Boris below.

Another interesting alternative, but still not a permanently useful one because it depends on there being sunlight all the time. What happens if we have clouded skies for a long time or else some natural catastrophy like a vulcano erruption covers the skies with ash?

Thanks for thinking so carefully Boris, There are plenty of answers for good thinkers.

The moon moves a lot of water every day back and forth with the tides, day and night.
This enormous untapped source of energy lies in wait for some enterprising company to harness with floating power generating platforms. Shell we invite seeding investors to the task?

Also when sunlight is poor It is generally windy Plus energy can stored in batteries, and heat
can be stored in salt.

If the sky's are darkened long enough by volcanic ash, we will have to
employ animal powered treadmill generators to grow food and produce light or drill for geothermal energy.

Your hot air engine can run a generator to charge batteries or capacitors. Using old or discarded satellite dish receivers would work better than my using half of a 55 gallon drum. You probably would need mirrors but a milar or foil reflecting surface.

My corporation already has wave generators that are used to keep sonabouys charged. We are also working on the Ocean Temperature Energy Change power station. It is kind of like a giant heat pump.

Great ideas. Keep them coming.

At the entrance to harbors, rivers and where ever land narrows the sea into an isthmus a huge current flows with the pull of the moon. in such places long bidirectional floating paddles rotating along large diameter axles anchored to each shore or the sea bed could drive huge generators.
I would love to see a small prototype system running. Do you know of any being developed?
