I bought it through the link directly from the author. This is how he sells it now days. It allowed me to use PayPal (one of my 5 banks) and after PayPal finished, a new screen came up with a download link from Ken MacLean's website. I downloaded the zipped file, saved it to two places, and opened the document. (Shhhh.. I brought it to work... also)
