I grew up in an era when there were few opportunities for people with disabilities for an education or employment. I had to learn to live without limits and think outside the box to create opportunities for myself. Today I have my own company career performance Institute. I work or with clients to help them reach their maximum potential in life and learn to live without limits. I do this with homestudy programs, teleseminars, webinars, mentoring programs, life and career coaching.

I have an AAS in mental health, BS in psychology, and credits towards a MS in rehabilitation counseling. I attended Toastmasters and received both the CTM and ATM certifications. As a member of NSA-GA chapter I've participated in their mentoring program wrote a speech success is my only option! I attended the American seminar leaders Association University have the certified seminar leader certification.

I am in inscape publishing distributor and use it their assessment profiles with clients to help them understand in their natural a behavioral styles in communication, working with teams, leadership, listening, time management, stress management, diversity, sales and managing people.

I want to establish an NPO call international this abled entrepreneurs that would help people with disabilities who want to establish their own business with the mentoring and seed money.
