How are you and your work? I would like to invite you to join me. I kindly request for your help this orphans needed to get relief food after crop failure. Orphans in Trans-Nzoia district we are requested set to receive relief food from well-wishers, friends and willing individuals like you to help the following items:
Needed 1,000 bags of maize, 200 bags of the beans, 200 bags of the rice and 200 bags of the carton of cooking fat needed dispatched to the area of the end of two to three weeks to safe school children to continue to learn without drop out to the school because of the starvation and hunger. Also apart from the orphans, the supplies would also be given to those suffering from HIV/AIDS. The area had poor harvests last season due to inadequate rains and also post election violence affected many families.
We shall appreciate if God talk to you and your friends do miracle and send to us anything that help this children.

Thank you for (first, just being you) sharing the Extreme Self Care information.
What is interesting in watching the movie is that my wife and I have been under a lot of pressure (some self imposed); getting the correct gifts, wrapping, mailing them, youngest son graduating from college Wednesday, family travel in a couple of weeks, family member with 1 to 5 weeks to live, and a sick cat.
But I recently bought my wife a 90 minute spa massage treatment, 2 nights ago we drove around and looked at all the Christmas lights and decorations in our neighborhood, we donated 6 shopping bags of Santa ornaments and 12 bags of clothes, shoes, and coats to a local charity, and just yesterday I took her to a craft festival and bought her several very nice items. While there we sort of acted like children taste testing all the foods and drinks the vendors were marketing and we bought a huge bag of sugar free candy.
So you can see we are already living the extreme self care and having a bunch of fun and intrinsic rewards doing it.
