Ingredients
4 pounds of shoulder roast or stew meat
3 to 4 medium potatoes (not peeled but sliced)
1 medium yellow onion (skinned and sliced)

Well, my son Scott, called about an hour ago and let us know that he is now a proud father.
Scott and Kae had a son, Kenshu Scout Bullock, this morning. 7 pounds 12 ounces and 21 inches long.
My wife and I now have 5 grandchildren with a 6th due sometime in May.

On our drive down to the Scottish Highland Games between Richmond and WIlliamsburg, Va, last Friday we were hungry and I pulled off the highway in Ashland, VA. I’m reading this book called
“The Vibrational Universe” and it's the best book on the Law of Attraction I've ever read. The author explains the spiritual aspect, but also combines science and common sense in a clearly understandable way. The book is pretty deep, but it's written in clear, easy to understand language.
