I already know that….
One of my favorite chapters in a book by John Randolph Price is entitled "I already know that." He got that quote from a woman who was asking his advice and after he gave it to her she told him she already knew that. His point of the chapter was if the woman had really known "it" she wouldn't be asking his advice in the first place.
I know I am as guilty of this idea as the next person. In fact, if it wasn't human nature to keep looking for an answer that was easier, softer and something we didn't really have to work at there would be no need to ask anyone's advice, buy a book or go to a workshop ever again!
The problem most of us face is twofold. One, we do know the answer but we're just not ready or willing to apply the action the answer requires. Two, we can only apply the answer at the level we are vibrationally at.
Sometimes we don't take the obvious advice because the pay off from the negative effect or experience is giving us more than if it went away. For example, we might not want to give up our victim status that allows us to have no responsibility rather than have to face the consequences of taking full responsibility for our thoughts and actions.
The second issue, our current rate of vibration, is more abstract but just as real. You just can't jump from no money to manifesting money out of thin air. While possible, just not probable for 99.9999% of us! Moving up the vibrational scale takes most a little time and a lot of discipline. Whether we're willing to do one of these or both is another story.
No matter who you are or what you want or what you believe to be true, you know what the answer is. We all already "know" that. Maybe not the details or form that will work for us in any given moment, but we've got the general direction we should be going in.
When I played volleyball my team only wanted to practice the fun and fancy moves. No one wanted to practice the fundamentals like passing and serving. But in volleyball or any sport if you can't do the basics the fancy stuff is irrelevant. One good spike will never happen if you can't pass the ball to the net in the first place.
No matter who you are or where you are in your own journey to mastery, it is always a good idea to remind yourself of what you know and to practice the fundamentals. Every great athlete already knows this. What makes them great is they take it one step further, they actually put into practice what they know!
If you're ready to practice the fundamentals I hope you will join me as together we'll work on what we already know in our new weekly email e-lessons! Sometimes when you work as a group it's not so hard to remember what we already know! For more information you can go to:

What is most important to remember is whether you know the answer you seek or not you are in this moment whole, perfect and complete. You have all of eternity to be ready to "know" what you do or don't want to know. So relax and enjoy the ride. You'll take the action when you are ready and the entire Universe will be right there for you the moment you say yes, I DO already know that!
